  • Can I pay online with credit card?
    Yes! Online payment is made through online payment processor Stripe. After completing the order, we will inform you by email about the result of the transaction, and we will also send you the identification number of the transaction - this number identifies the card payment at your bank. After a successful transaction (after verifying the validity of the card, the existence of the required amount) Stripe will start debiting the cardholder's account with the amount paid. If the transaction was unsuccessful and you have any concerns or questions about the transaction, then please contact your bank.
  • Can I pay by courier, by cash on delivery?
    Our store does not accept cash on delivery, this is store policy and we cannot make an exception. Our products being customized must be paid in advance because we cannot re-market them if they are not picked up from the courier.
  • Can I make a payment order - bank transfer?
    In this case the total amount of the order must be sent in advance to our bank account. The parcel will be handed over to the courier company for delivery after receiving the payment confirmation from the bank. Please write the name and identification number of the order that will be sent by email in the "Remarks" section of the payment form to identify the payment more easily and associate it with correct order to avoid confusion or loss of your transfer.   • Can the ordered products be picked up in person?
    Currently in Romania we do not have showrooms or warehouses, and orders are fulfilled only through a courier company.
  • If I live in the province, can I request home delivery?
    Yes. Our company is at your disposal and we deliver with the greatest pleasure throughout the country and abroad. We deliver free to your home if you order products worth more than 199 lei.
  • What is the cost of delivery?
    The delivery service is charged with 12 RON, and is free for orders over 199 RON.
  • I am only available on a certain day. Can I schedule a delivery date?
    Yes. When you place the order, you can select the desired date for delivery or you can contact customer service. This service is free of charge.
  • I'm only available during a certain time frame, can I schedule an exact delivery time?
    No. Because the courier company sets its delivery route according to areas or due to unpredictable traffic conditions, delivery at a specific time or shorter time frame is not possible.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Order processing takes between 1 - 5 working days, and delivery is made in 1 - 5 working days (the average being 1-2 days). After placing the request to pick up the parcel, you will receive an AWB code by mail and you will be contacted by SMS on the day of delivery. The courier picks up the parcels from us on the day we place the pick-up request or on the next working day.
  • With which courier will I receive the package?
    Delivery is made by the Cargus fast courier service. In exceptional cases, upon request, we can use another courier, Nemo Express, Fan Courier, DPD Courier, but there may be additional costs.
  • How can I return a product?
